Yoga - Pilates

This class combines a blend of Pilates exercises and Yoga.  Designed to help with concentration, control, centering, flowing movement, and precsion. 

This class helps develop a high degree of abdominal strength and lower back strength, while increasing flexibility of the spine and body. 

Muscles are elongated and strengthened without creating the unwanted bulk. 

You will enjoy the wonderful benefits of improved balance and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques.
